You do a wonderful presentation though! And you actually spell your website, which is a real good thing because it's sometimes hard to hear what people say in vids.

Hello Chris,

It was a pleasure to meet you at Dragoncon's Small Press-Self Pub seminar. I took everything that you told me to heart.

I have one great little tidbit from my Dragoncon 2009 experience. At the Hyatt bar, I was nursing a drink when suddenly a woman at the table aside errupted with angst. 'Oh, Jesus Christ!' she cried. I turned, and Lo and behold, there before me stood the son of God---or the young man dressed as Him, I should say. I nearly fell off my barstool. Welcome to Dragoncon!

Chris,
Fabulous idea. We will definitely look into this. BBs are hideously expensive and, unfortunately, addictive. They are truly wonderful little gadgets. If a certain large media organization wasn't paying for mine I'd prob have to give it up. Cannot imagine how I'd ever do that at the point, and they'd prob have to pry it out of my cold, dead, etc. Thanks for letting everybody know about it.

Yes, the main store of Powell's is truly awesome... The coolest part is all the color coded rooms set off at varying levels like a big book-lined habitrail...

The kids at the conventions are always my favorite!

Thanks Kitty!

I have ALWAYS wanted to go to Powell's. How cool. I am very jealous. The con pics were great, especially the kids. SO cute.

We do owe a lot to so many of our friends for enabling us to do this. To Kitty and Bob, for inspiration, though they actually built their boat... wow... To Jim for all the work on the Herscher Project that has inspired my writing, to Martin for this awesome website... the list goes on.

Thank you all!
