If you want to be inspired, take my advice and spend some time in Manhattan.  However you can manage it, there is stuff there to get your creative juices flowing…  If it doesn’t, check your pulse.

We sailed into New York Harbor, right past Liberty Island, and let me tell you, I had a lump in my throat.

There is also Union Square, with a hundred different artists hawking their wares, Chinatown, with a million vendors trying to sell you everything from jewelry to aphrodesiacs.  Have lunch in Little Italy, with the Matre’d standing in the street pulling in customers by the arm…  Eat something you can’t pronounce, and learn to say “Gyro” like a NewYorker…  Jy-ro…  Go to a comedy club and laugh so hard you’ve got tears streaming down your face… Walk through Central Park in the rain, and look back at the duck pond that’s glistening in the sun, raindrops hitting like a thousand diamonds on a silk smooth surface…  Go through the Museum of Natural History, and see what monsters existed in earth’s past, and still exist today…
Yeah… Ispiration…
